General FAQ's

Clients are entitled to a 14-day return period for all SHOP art, commencing upon receiving their order. Should your art arrive damaged or if an incorrect item is received, we kindly request that you contact us directly first for a prompt resolution.
A return label will be accompanied with your PRINTS from the printing manufacturer. We advise customers to retain their label. However, in the event of misplacement, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping label costs
Return label and costs for ORIGINAL ART will be incurred by the customer.

Stepheny Studio is currently only shipping throughout Canada with the intent to expand in the future.
SHIPPING on PRINTS will be fulfilled and shipped using Printful and Printful facilities.
Standard shipping is 3 - 10 business days after fulfillment is complete.

SHIPPING on ORIGINAL ART adheres to stringent packaging standards and security measures to ensure the utmost protection of the art.The shipment of the Canvases (Drawings) and Paper (Paintings) are through Canada Post, with standard shipping of 3 - 14 business days.
Canvases and smaller paper drawings are shipped flat
Larger paper drawings shipped rolled. -
Upon completion of your order, you will promptly receive an email containing your tracking number along with a link to the tracking website, enabling you to conveniently monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Our prints are shipped rolled for optimal protection during transit. To ensure the best results upon unrolling, we recommend gently rolling the print in the opposite direction from its original roll, then laying it flat. If possible, place a substantial weighted object, such as a book, on the four corners or evenly distributed across the entire print to facilitate flattening. Additionally, framing the print can further enhance its longevity and maintain its flatness over time.

Custom Art Requests FAQ's

All CUSTOM art is FINAL SALE and there will be no returns or exchanges accepted.
Customers may cancel their order of CUSTOM art anytime before full payment is verified. After this point the commission of the art will begin and cannot be refunded.

Cancellations are permissible up until the point of full payment received by Stepheny Studio. Once work has commenced, involving the procurement of materials and the dedication of time towards crafting the art piece, regrettably, NO REFUNDS can be issued. Additionally, given the bespoke nature of the art and the inherent difficulties in resale, all sales are considered FINAL.

During the consultation period, we encourage finalizing any changes. Upon receiving of the rough art sketch, any further adjustments required after commencement may incur additional costs, contingent upon the nature of the modifications. For entirely new designs, a new custom art request must be submitted.

Yes, if you require a specific art size not listed, kindly specify your desired dimensions in the custom request. We will then confirm the availability of the requested size in the chosen medium.

No, the cost and shipping for the Print requests does not include the original artwork. Should you desire the original art, supplementary charges will be applied to accommodate shipping expenses.

The software editing expenses are essential to guarantee the highest quality of the print. This process involves enhancing the image's sharpness, brightness, and resizing the original artwork to match the print size, all accomplished through meticulous software editing.
